- use according to the schedule below to dose correctly and follow the instructions for use
- use the mask with the first 4 to 6 washes after your salon treatment
- then use it with every 3rd or 4th wash for ideal hair strength

How do I use the K18 Mask at home?

Follow these steps:

1. Important! Before using the K18 mask, the hair must be super clean*
2. Use shampoo, NOT conditioner. Then towel dry your hair.
3. Start with 1 pump and distribute it evenly in your hair. Add according to the length and thickness of your hair but keep it to a maximum of 5 pumps. Less is more
4. Let it rest for 4 minutes
5. Do not rinse
6. Start with your styling

* If you use a lot of styling products and/or heavy products with oils or silicones, choose a detox shampoo and wash your hair 2 times.

K18 Mask dos & don'ts

✔️ Use a detox shampoo like Kevin Murphy MAXI.WASH
✔️ Dry your hair carefully with a towel before applying
✔️ Wait the full 4 minutes before styling or applying any other product
✔️ Use it every time for the first 4 to 6 shampoos for best results

Tips:

You can use the K18 Mask instead of a conditioner or mask. If necessary, you can add a leave-in conditioner after the 4 minutes processing time of the K18 Mask.

We do not recommend mixing the K18 Mask with other products. You can use styling products after the 4 minutes processing time.

K18 does not protect against heat but is clinically proven to repair damage caused by heat. If you use a heat tool (steam pod, straightener, curling iron) with your styling, use Kevin Murphy Heated Defense. You also only put this product on your hair after K18 Mask has been able to absorb for 4 minutes.
